 During the early 90’s as the project management industry begins to flourish, and the need for professional entities to manage real-estate and construction projects rises, a gap between supply and demand of such services was found. IBC was first established in 1995 in Dubai, UAE to fill such a gap, by delivering real-estate development and project management services to the market.

 With the continuous growth of the construction and real-estate industry,  IBC continued its professional services in UAE to cover all 7 emirates including DUBAI, ABU DHABI, SHARJAH, AJMAN, UMEL QAWAIN, FUJIRAH and RAS EL KHAIMA.

 In 2003 IBC moved its headquarter to Cairo, Egypt, where it has continued its commitment to deliver state of the art development and project management services to its clients over the Globe.

 In 2011 IBC introduced Value Engineering as an added value services to its clients.
